“You never know when a helping hand will change another person’s entire life”.
Education is the light of the life of each human being so we should get access to education. However, about 40% of Nepalese are still in the illiteracy zone as they are not able to go to school because they cannot afford their educational materials. Such the saddest situation is brought about by the vicious cycle of poverty. In recent years, the poverty rate is climbing up due to the unprecedented spread of Covid-19 and the lockdown imposed by the government to save the life of people. The education sector is one of the most affected sectors in Nepal due to Covid-19. That has worsened the situation of parents even bad. In order to support the needy students, HCH forwarded small steps.
In the first step, a total of 75 students from Janajagaran Primary School, nearby Dhulikhel of Kavre district were distributed school uniforms. In the second step, we provided school equipment that includes computers, printers, and new school bags. If we were able to get generous support of 2000 Euro, we would have contributed to materialize the educational dream of some other needy students, waiting for us, for our support.
